Order Agreement
By placing an order with Biru Yard, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding contract with our company. This contract includes all terms and conditions stated herein, as well as those presented in the product description at the time of purchase.
All customers are required to review product descriptions carefully prior to completing checkout. All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
MY ORDER WAS STOLEN / MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds/exchanges/store credit for "stolen" orders. If tracking details state that the package was delivered, then it is not our responsibility to replace/refund the order. Please provide a secure location/address to ensure a smooth delivery process!
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Biru Yard
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
